Fun had at the Easter camp

Easter Camp Report

We battled the cold weather all week and but that didn’t stop the kids having fun. Each day the kids got to practice a GAA a skill and finish with a match everyday. The focus for the camp was fun and plenty of movement or freeze!!! There was a good turn out from the club with just over 50% of the camp made up of club members. It was great to see so many from the U12 group take part.

The week also had an Easter egg challenge for all the groups. Each groups was given a clue which lead to another clue and so on, the coaches were there to help bit lets say the big child came out in some of them. The week couldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Cabinteely Community School allowing us to use their facilities, thanks to Orla (principal), James (vice principal) and our own Eoin McNailer, Thank you all.

The week was rounded off with a few prices for some of the kids. The coaches voted on who they thought deserved the prizes.
