U12s finish out the league with a big win over St James Gaels

Our under 12s once again did the Gers proud in their final league game of the season last Saturday against James Gaels. The Gers started out meaning business, and within 10 minutes had established themselves as the dominant side, with a number of early goals created by strong running and good handling.

The team has been building in confidence since we came back from the Summer, and skill levels and score taking has been improving week on week.

We are now planning to train every Monday night in Stepaside, and continue with challenge matches every week to build momentum into the new season in January – Under 13s, the first time we will play at a Dublin county level.

Best of luck to the boys playing for St Brigids next Thursday in the Dublin quarter final for the senior team.

As usual, Leonard has shared some shots from the game on the link below.
