*Executive Committee Roles
 Chairperson - Vice-Chairperson - Secretary - Juvenile Secretary - Treasurer - Registrar - Juvenile Chairperson - P. R. O. - Culture Officer - Player's Representative - and Other Full Members who will be assigned specific areas of responsibility within our Club.
 A ballot will be required if 2 members are nominated for the same position or if total number of prospective Committee members exceeds the maximum permitted.
 Note: Children's Officer is appointed by Committee, not elected.
