Just a reminder to all our coaches from U10 to Minor that the Strength & Conditioning Presentation is tomorrow (Wed 03 Feb 2021) 8pm online.

This presentation will help guide all your players and to ensure correct methods are used at all times.
The presentation is open to all Club coaches (and interested parents) of teams aged U10 to Minor. While specifically aimed at U12 - Minor, our U10 & u11 coaches will be able to plan the proper introduction of S & C for their own players.
